1. Account and Eligibility
- You are responsible for the information submitted during signup and for keeping account access secure.
- You may use Wkil for your own business or for clients you are authorized to manage.
- You must provide accurate contact details so we can send verification, security, and service notices.
2. Connected Channels
- When you connect Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Wkil Chat, or similar channels, you confirm that you have permission to manage those accounts.
- You remain responsible for the content sent through your channels, including automated replies that your team chooses to use.
- Platform providers may apply their own terms and policies in addition to these Wkil terms.
3. Automation and Human Review
- Wkil can draft replies, summarize customer context, save customer memory, and suggest content based on the business information you provide.
- Automated output may be incomplete or inaccurate, so important replies, legal claims, medical advice, financial advice, and sensitive decisions should be reviewed by a person.
- You should not use Wkil to send spam, deceptive content, illegal content, or messages that violate platform rules.
4. Data and Security
- We handle account, business, and customer conversation data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You should only upload business knowledge, files, and credentials that you are allowed to use with Wkil.
- If you believe your account or connected channel has been compromised, contact us promptly.
5. Service Changes and Termination
- We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect reliability, security, customers, or platform compliance.
- We may suspend access if an account abuses the service, violates these terms, or creates security or compliance risk.
- You can stop using Wkil at any time and request account deletion through support or available dashboard controls.
