4. Meta, WhatsApp, and connected platforms
- When you connect a Facebook Page, Messenger inbox, WhatsApp Business number, or Wkil Chat, Wkil receives the platform data needed to deliver the selected features.
- Access tokens and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted and used only to provide connected Wkil functionality.
- Incoming comments and messages may be processed by Wkil's automation engine and stored as conversation history so your team can review and continue the exchange.
- Customer identifiers received from connected platforms are used to deliver replies and organize customer context through your connected account.
5. Data sharing and third parties
- We do not sell personal, business, or customer conversation data.
- We use infrastructure, database, storage, analytics, and automation providers to deliver and improve the service.
- Replies generated or sent through Wkil may be delivered back through Meta, WhatsApp, Wkil Chat, or other connected platform APIs.
- We may disclose data if required by law, court order, security investigation, or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable closure period afterward.
- Conversation messages and customer memory are retained while your workspace is active unless deleted earlier by request or product controls.
- Access tokens and connected channel credentials are invalidated or deleted when you disconnect the relevant channel where supported.
- Some records may be retained longer when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
7. Security
- We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive platform credentials.
